Terms and Conditions
What About the Ash would be delighted to be involved in your next photo shoot. The Terms and Conditions below intend to make the next steps as transparent as possible, there are no hidden extras. It is agreed that the following Photography Terms and Conditions set out the total agreement made between the parties and that no variation or modification of this contract shall be effective unless agreed by both parties.
Bookings
Your booking is not secured unless a minimum deposit of £250 is made at the time of booking. This fee secures the date, time and services of What About the Ash and is non-refundable, but can be transferred to a different date if rescheduled a minimum of 14 days before the agreed date. All cancellations must be in writing.

Payments
Following payment of the booking fee, the balance of payment is due within 7 days of delivery of photos. All photos will be held in a watermarked gallery for clients to view until full payment releases the photos to be used, downloaded and the watermark removed. No photographs, logos or services will be delivered until all payments due have been paid in full. Payment for additional images is to be made when they are ordered.
Refund Policy
In the case of camera failure, or any other unforeseen incident that prevents Ash from shooting on a scheduled date, a new date will be scheduled or the client will be refunded their deposit, if applicable. No refund will be given under any other circumstances. No refunds if you fail to attend the activity on the day and at the time listed when the booking was made.

Delivery of Photos
Due to the nature of digital photography and the fact that photographs, once sent, cannot be returned; What About the Ash has a strict NO REFUNDS POLICY.

Display
What About the Ash may use any images included in this contract on their, website, portfolio, property, literature, display areas, exhibitions, competitions, advertising, slide shows or commercially unless the subjects express the wish for this not to happen prior to the event. License
Ash shall be granted artistic license in relation to the poses photographed and the locations used. The photographer's judgment regarding the location poses and number of images taken shall be deemed correct. Due to the vagaries of the weather and the willingness of subjects it may not be possible to capture all the images requested.
